I think i lost administrator permission on my pc

I was downloading mods for fivem and the game froze i had to restart but when i restarted my pc avast was crashing i cant open task manger or any administrator i think i lost administrator permission on my pc bc it says i may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item(any administrator tool)
