How to remove a profile from my pc which is made by the same gmail but different name

I tried the method in which you use windows R and try to delete the user but for me the delete button for that specific user just gets pale it says " when the user logs on to this computer should the operating system use the roaming profile or just the locally cached copy of the roaming profile?"What am i supposed to do please help
