my volume down key is muting instead of turning volume down!

Hello, I need help, im using a yoga thinkpad 4th generation and when i press the volume down button either on the keyboard or the right side of the laptop, it mutes instead of turning the volume down. I need help, i tried googling but i couldn't find an answer. Here is the laptop if you are wondering:Yoga_11e_4th_Gen_US.indd (lenovo.com)Im on windows 10 22h2 and the laptop is the core i5 version with 8 gb of ram and a 256gb ssd.
