I have purchased the Windows 11 Pro upgrade and it will not activate - all non human interventions have failed - how do I get a human?

The automated system finally told me the laptop manufacture was the reason Microsoft was not allowing the activation. Great, BS but great. WHERE IS MY REFUND? I actually purchased the upgrade from this same computer, how is that possible that is isn't eligible? I went to the purchase history and followed the links for a refund and it took me here, are there any humans left working at Microsoft?HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
