Task Bar Not Working

Hello, ive been having multiple windows software issues. It seems to pop up one after another, now my TaskBar is no longer working. I've tried using the elevated cmd with the "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_. InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}", but when I run it, there are massive red blocks of text.
