My start menu and other apps are not opening. What can I do?

I tried installing atheros Bluetooth suite on my windows 10. Now my laptop is malfunctioning, I can't open the start menu nor settings nor most application that are not on the taskbar or menu bar. I have tried uninstalling but there's no .exe file for uninstall, regedit also failed to help.
