My pc keeps freezing randomly and after it freezes i need to manually shut it down or wait a few minutes until in restarted it self

i dont know what is the cause of this problem, i just know i did almost every thing to solve it, the temperatures and and the precentage of usage of all looks ok, when i try to find out the problem i always counter LiveKernelEvent 141, LiveKernelEvent 117 and dump file saved in C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP, also it happens always and not just when i play games it can even happen when i have only chrome up.maybe it will be useful information to note that when it freezes the sound continue to work, the most common example i have is that i can still hear my friend in discord but they can't hear me no mo
