No Audio Output Device is Enabled. How do I fix it?

Recently, I updated my drivers through CCleaner. Six of those drivers were under the Realtek Audio HD driver, and they were updated as well. After rebooting my computer, my volume button in taskbar displayed a red X with the words 'No Audio Output Device is Enabled". I've tried searching everywhere for a solution. All forums lead to 'no output device is installed' rather than enabled. I've tried uninstalling Realtek and downloading it through Lenovo. I've tried to revert the audio driver on CCleaner, but it says it's not able to revert. The only audio input I see when I enter device manager is
