Good day, Microsoft! I also encountered the same issue with regards on "Realtek Audio Driver". Wherein, my pc couldn't detect any surrounding sound. FYI, I've just bought a brand-new pair of headsets. As I plugged the headsets, It's detected as "speaker", and the microphone is not plugged in. I have done several tutorials from YouTube, such as installing the old driver from Device Manager, Updating the SM Bus Controller and PCI Simple Communications Controller (I found nothing on SMBus because the intel couldn't detect itself), and even roll back so that I could test the old drivers and doubt
