My family has had an issue with our HP Deskjet 2620 printer for scanning our documents. Yesterday, a relative of mine was supposed to scan and submit documents but the scanner refused to work. This was puzzling as I had been the one to set it up; I had checked the cables, and the power outlet, and I launched the app with little to no difficulty, I had access to the 'scan' option with the belief things would go smoothly for them later.
