I recently have noticed that any and all bluetooth audio devices that I connect to my Surface Pro 5 have a severe audio stuttering issue. I have done extensive research on the internet and have tried virtually every possible solution that I've found. I've even purchased a Bluetooth USB dongle and tried that (after disabling the onboard Bluetooth receiver) to see if that was problem but to no avail. All other Bluetooth devices work fine; it's just audio devices (JBL Flip speaker, earbuds, wireless earphones, etc) that all experience the stuttering audio problem. The onboard audio speakers wo
