Windows 11 23H2 is already installed but WinUpdate will keep trying to install it, it fails, and reports error 0x8007001f

Hello, A bit stranger, but I keep getting the 0x8007001f error about a Win11 23H2 installation that won't go through, although Windows Update itself says it's already been installed a few days ago (screenshot).I tried DISM command (and it reports "DISM Error: 0x800f081f (The source files could not be found.)", "sfc /scannow" command, clean reboot, update troubleshoot, service restart, etc. Not in this particular order, but nothing worked.Thoughts?
