I purchased a new laptop however I am unable to use it because I have been unable to disable S mode. I get the message to try again and that "upgrade cannot be performed". I performed all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Microsoft bulletin however none of them worked therefore I contact technical support. The first agent reset my computer and documented the case as closed however the issue never resolved. I contacted technical support again only to sit on hold for almost 2 hours.
