Windows 10 22H2 Crashes when playing game and watching a video (Youtube, Crunchyroll, Netflix, Etc.)

The Windows version at this time was Windows 11 23H2.On the 21st of May the game Xdefiant released and I began to play it. The computer crashed after I put a video on in the background. I though "No biggy this is to be expected with the launch of a game. I'm sure they'll iron them out soon." I relaunched the game and after a bit the same thing happens. I decided not to worry about it and just leave it alone and go play a different game. I launch Rocket League and start to play, put on a video in the background, computer crashes. I decide well I should see what errors are happening in Event Vie
