Hello,I am pretty sure i got infected by a serious virus that removed many windows files.Windows update and Windows Security both doesn't exist on my pc.Tried troubleshooter, and I reset my windows while keep personal files but i still have the same issue.Though about trying Windows ISO but i get the error:"There was a problem running this toolWe're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80070424 - 0x90018"Thanks
