Bluetooth button not showing

I want to connect my headphones with bluetooth and when i go to search it says to activate bluetooth and to update my drivers(all of my updates are done and restarted the computerWhen i go in notification/comment section of my toolbar there is no bluetooth icon.I tried starting and putting as automatic services such as: Bluetooth user service and bluetooth user support service and Bluetooth user service_##### I think the issue might be with the first one since in only see it in the task manager but i cannot see it in the services menu.Thanks
