How many SQL Server License require for DR?

Basically we need to setup SQL Server DR in active & passive mode with log shipping B/W DR & DC.For the above setup how many SQL server license we require? Also help me to send the link of complete setup process?if "The solution must be capable of and compatible for Disaster Recovery (DR) Implementation in active – passive mode with log shipping between Primary and DR Site."
