HP Windows 10 Laptop acting strange and glitching.

On google text glitches and all the characters switch themselves constantly. after 5 mins a windows popup to renew antivirus software appears and suddenly I cant click anything. Windows button doesn't work. Ctrl+alt+delete works but I cant click anything except cancel and it just scrolls down constantly. Only way to turn off laptop is to hold the power button.
