Folders in C: Drive

When looking at my C: drive, under the Users folders, I have my username folder (Joella) as well as another one called 17097. In this 17097 folder is where all of my documents, pictures, etc are being stored and NOT my username folder, while in my username folder, it just contains the folder AppData. My questions are: What is the 17097 folder and how did it get created? Is it a MS thing? Is it ok to leave all my files in this folder or do I need to move then into my username folder? Thanks for any help!
