Time zone keeps changing to central time regardless what I do

Out of nowhere, my Windows 10 PC's time zone keeps changing to Central Time, when I undo it, it changes back. I tried everything I could think of, I watched multiple tutorials, looked it up on several websites, the problem is not permanently solved.I tried control panel > date and time > change time zoneDidn't workI tried services > windows time > stop > automatic > start > restartDidn't workI tried one with CMD where its similar to the services oneDidn't workNo matter what I do, it keeps changing back to Central Time randomly.
