Camera crashes whenever a application uses it

My camera (Logitech c922 pro) crashes whenever I open Camera, Obs, etc. any application that tries to use my camera, my camera instantly disconnects itself and when I close the program it instantly connects itself again I've tried all of these1. Reinstalled webcam drivers via device manager (didn't help)2. Installed drivers from the official site (did not help)3. Reinstalled video card drivers (didn't help)4. Reinstalled processor drivers (didn't help)5. I tried to create the "EnableFrameServerMode" file in the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows Media Foun
