I installed irfI installed Irfanview as admin, but it doesn't show up on my non-admin user account. How can I access it there?

I have used Irfanview for years on my user account, but it developed a problem that I couldn't fix, so I uninstalled it, and reinstalled a newer version. I had to be logged in as admin to install it, but It doesn't show up as a program/app on my user log in, where I use it.How can I gain access to it from my user account?
