Windows Photos App no longer memorizing size on close

Recently (for about 2 days now) I realized that the Photos app, which usually is filling my screen keep opening in a small about 700x900 windowTrue Fullscreen (F11) also looks different, the "Close" menu on the top right is gone and now only the button for exiting fullscreen, which was at the bottom right first is visibleI already installed any updates Windows suggested me. I also have no idea where I could repair the App, as it's not listed within my Apps in Settings
