So. Odd situation: I had to leave my old job due to a medical issue in the family and I got to keep the laptop the company provided. The issue is I didn’t have admin privileges, and when I tried to cleanly reboot the whole device so I could start totally over, clean slate, it takes me to the Bitlocker Recovery Key page. There are a few key issues with this:1. I do not know the key, and as I am no longer an employee (it took months before I was able to sit down and try to USE the laptop, unfortunately) I am not able to ask the IT department to help.
