On 8/29/22, my ability to comment was restricted; and I was told I can't comment for 72 hours. The reason for restriction was "Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined (sic). To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name." I changed my profile name; and as of today, 6/3/24 (and countless hours past the original restriction), my restriction continues to be in place. The process of making direct contact with a human who might be able to help has proven to be lass than satisfactory. Does anyone know how how this dilemma might be solved? Muchas gracias.
