Raid 5 volume offline status failed cant online to repair

HI I have a Raid 5 volume on windows server 2019. One disk failed,. I replaced the failed disk the volume is in an offline state. I can't get the guid to even run chkdsk against as it not shoiwn up with gwni, How do I force it back to online so I can then repair the volume? The reactive volume command doesn't work The disk part online volume messges Diskpart could not online the selected volume
