Problems with a ton of applications.

I'm experiencing multiple issues with my Windows 10 computer. The shortcuts like Ctrl + Window + S and Windows + V for clipboard history are not functioning, I'm encountering a Windows Update error (0x80070643), and I'm facing black screens when running fullscreen applications or games. This has happened time and time before but not this severe.I've tried to restart my PC and I've tried to reset the apps.If more information is needed, I'll be more than happy to provide.
