My son sent game code to the wrong email address

Hello, My son was gifting his brother to play on Minecraft Bedrock and Java, but he accidentally send it to the wrong email address? Is there a way that he can be refunded. One small mistake was forgetting one letter on the email and the address he sent it to the gift was automatically redeemed. Thank you
