How can I fix this “Sign-in process initialization failure” problem?

Recently, I tried to hard reset my computer. I think that, in the process of doing it, it failed, then it restarted my computer. When I tried to get back on it, it immediately goes to a black screen with a prompt saying, “Interactive sign-in process initialization has failed. Please check the event log for details.” I cannot press any key shortcuts or anything, but my keyboard works fine. I can’t go to the Troubleshoot page. I’m stuck. Is there a fix to this?
