Cannot force game to use iGPU even after changing setting

Currently running Windows 11 on a Dell Inspiron 7506 2-in-1. All drivers are up to date. This laptop has an iGPU (Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics) as well as a dGPU (Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe MAX Graphics).I want to force Windows to run this application using the iGPU, but even after going to the system graphics settings and changing the settings for the application to power saving to use the iGPU, it still appears to use the dGPU in Task Manager.I can't attach the images directly for some reason, so I have them attached as links:
