Error 0xC004C003 after completely resetting my laptop.

So, I had accidentally downloaded a virus or malware earlier today. I completely reset my laptop, hard drive and all, and now it is telling me that I cannot activate my laptop. I am getting error 0xC004C003 when I go to settings then get another one when I try to open the shop. Please help!!!!
