After completing my build, my PC freezes on startup and shutdowns. On startup, I can sign in but if I leave it on the log in screen too long it will freeze (5-10seconds). When I log in, I don't have any issues. When I attempt to shut down, 80% of the time the PC will freeze when its shutting down on the shut down spinner icon.I've tried 1. Re-installing windows2.
