Do NOT lock a computer for 2 hours, I have 2 sons, the other is pranking other by typing a wrong password many times and it gets lock for 2 hours!!

Microsoft KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) A bruteforce password attack does not need to lock the computer for 2 hours. A slow down of 5 minute will take forever to break in. AND ALSO please take out the "Password has been used again, we have too many password to remember, sometimes we ourself forgotten the password. We want to use the same password. It we passes all the verification, why cant we have the same password? " Its annoying to keep having to remember a new password!
