i updated to Windows 11 and now my sound doesnt work on any of my media apps.. what do i need to do?

ive went to device management and tried to update my drivers , applications and made sure nothing is muted.. but ,then when my laptop powers on i get my welcoming sounds.. bluetooth works fine and i even disconnected my bluetooth devices etc... i dont get it, when i had windows 10 everything worked just fine. and another thing intel sent me some upgrades dated back in 1967 , 1970 and so on... i have a ASUS 2019 legion of gamers laptop with a intel core i7 9th Gen , NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX ... I also have some drivers that need placed , but when i check for an update from Windows/Microsoft help
