My PC will crash playing a game known as Guild Wars 2, but will not crash when I am not playing that game (i.e browsing working or stress testing)

Its an older game and my newly build computer has no problem running it at high graphics and speeds. Occasionally, but not often, my computer will completely freeze and the audio will buzz. Inputs do not work and I am forced to press the manual power button to shut off the system and start it again. This issue does not persist thereon afterwards but I want to know why this crash occurs. Its not an issue I would like on my computer. Also my computer never crashes when not playing GW2 on any other game I play or when I am simply browsing or doing work.
