Can I transfer windows 10 from HDD to SSD, through product key?

I need to transfer windows 10 from HDD to SSD, can I just make a note of the product key from the properties of "This PC", then download & install the new windows 10 trial in the new SSD from microsoft website and provide that same product key to make it genuine from trial version?Plese answer this on priority I need an urgent help.PLEASE PLEASE PROVIDE CONTACT NUMBER or Trustable Emails/contact details for such questions.
