PC crashing when using 3D

I have recurrent crashes of some games (all those that crashes use 3D). The game window turn to black, and the game crashes, generally after a freeze and a loud buzzing noise (coming from the headset, not from the pc itself). I have tried to reinstall my GPU drivers which didn't change anything. I don't know if or how it's related but there's random spikes in the use of the my GPU's 3D (GPU in question is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070)
