PC been resetting FOR SEVERAL HOURS, stuck at 67%

hi,So I decided to reset my Sony Vaio laptop (Sony Vaio SVE1512W1ESI laptop i5 2.5ghz 8gb Ram)it is very slow, and has been stuck at 67% for several hoursWhat can I do?Should I leave it overnight?
