How to activate pre installed windows 10?

I got the lenovo laptop with pre installed windows 10. It was active at that time. But now it says windows is not active. Don't know the reason why it becomes inactive. I tried showkey plus software to get the product key to reactivate the windows. But it only showed installed key and said OEM key is not present in firmware. Now my question is how can I activate this window?.
