Why is Publisher changing the page orientation upon saving as a PDF?

After the most recent Windows updates, Publisher changes the page orientation from landscape to portrait when saving as a PDF. This cuts off both sides of the document hindering them unusable.I have tried uninstalling the Windows updates, but had no success correcting this issue.Any suggestions?
