I recently bought a new HP Omen 16 laptop and for some reason, none of the wired headphones I've tried connecting to my laptop are being identified. I've tried updating some drivers such as the Realtek audio drivers; also, I bought new headphones because I thought it was an issue with my old ones but that didn't work either. The laptop's speakers work fine and wireless headphones can be connected but for a laptop at its price, it's a shame if it won't work properly. Does anyone know how to solve this?
