Win 11 networking. Tried every possible suggestion but still cannot access shared files on another computer. the list of attempts is long.

I simply want to access files on another computer at my office. Both are brand new win11 computers. Have gone through all network/workgroup settings, sharing, discovery, etc., and also numerous forum suggestions outside of networking, including turning on windows features smb 1.0 client and server, as well as actions in ncpl.cpl and Secpol.msc. Also verified Lan manager settings. Performed all necessary reboots after each step as directed. Played with firewall settings. Computers can see each other but cannot access.Ox80070035
