how to solve issues related to the last windows 11 update?

I have installed Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037853) and the laptop is running too slow and the fans is not working as usual its slow and all systems are slow i tried to uninstall and reinstall the update, but the same issue is still there. my laptop is LENOVO_MT_82AU_BU_idea_FM_Legion 5 15IMH05
