Which option do I choose to reset my laptop?

I just got a new laptop from Rent a Center and it was set up with their profile so it could be used as a demo device. I want to reset the laptop so I can sign into my stuff but I'm not sure which option to choose. When I go to setting and select System>Recovery>Reset this PC>Remove Everything it asks me to choose between Cloud download or Local reinstall. I am not sure which option I should choose.
