Using VAMT to License windows and then add ESU License????

Hello,We are using the VAMT to license multiple devices at a time. We recently have been told we need to also add an ESU license as well. Does this mak product key and activation have to happen after normal licensing of windows or can it be done before? Will deploying the esu product key and licensing it and then licensing windows like normal affect the ESU?Also, can the VAMT tool even add the ESU product key and license it after normal windows 10 licensing is complete or will that conflict in some way with the product key the devices already have for windows 10? Not sure what the relationship
