My name is Ashish Bhaskar Patwari. <Removed by Moderator>I have purchased retail copy of Windows 10.0 software which is installed on my laptop. I have purchased Nero Burning ROM software dated Nov 8,21. I have been receiving the error saying that duplicate license exists while I tries to write to the disc. I have been facing this error since last few months.I was to send the data to the copyright office dated Mar 16,24 via Speed Post but because the software was not allowing me to write to the disc, I could not send it via disc.
