Booting into windows takes forever, Unusable when loaded

I have been having issues after a few BSOD errors giving off multiple codes. I can access my Bios(Alien A12) and I can’t seem to find any issues on that front. I have been able to access Winre but every attempt to access command prompt freezes the computer. I have tried to reset it as well but that just reboots the system into another slow restart. I do not know if this is a hardware issue and unsure how to diagnose it. I am ready to give up on it unless anyone has any suggestions.
