My pc Keeps freezing/crashing when playing games or using applications.

I have a Ryzen 7 3700XROG STRIX B450-F GAMINGGEFORCE RTX 206032 GB DDR4 3200MHz ram1 tb HARD Drive500gb ssd Almost every time I play a game or use an application like Discord my PC completely freezes and it either stays frozen or the screen goes black and crashes. When it freezes completely I reset my PC by turning off and on the power supply. My PC Boots up perfectly fine after.I have tried Run System File Checker(SFC)Updating GPU driversScanned my HD And used the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool
