i have been having ping spikes for about a month now I don't understand anything I restarted the router my pc and changed dns went on here for help nothing helped cleared dns cache still nothing adaptors are updated just really anything it has a ping spike and everything. Did a network speed test ping was so bad it just crashed it. but if there's some stuff that can help please tell.
