Windows 10 is rebooting every 30 sec I can not stop it.

I was working on Power Point on a video, I finalized and turned my computer off. Next day (today) I turn it and started correctly up to desktop, from there I can't do anything and the system goes back to desktop again and again about 30 sec at a time. Can't open any apps.
